Collagen is one of the most important structural proteins in the body. Collagen supports the skin and organs making up approximately 30% of the body proteins. There are around 25 different types of Collagen, of which 12 are in the skin. It is estimated up to 80% of the skins dry weight is Collagen.
As we age, our body's ability to produce Collagen decreases, beginning in our mid-20s, and it gets progressively worse over time. Obvious signs of this are wrinkles in the skin but other symptoms are aches, strains or painful joints. Overexposure to sunlight and excessive alcohol consumption are two factors that can greatly inhibit Collagen production.

Each capsule contains - N Acetyl Glucosamine - 115mg, Vitamin C - 115mg, L-Glycine - 57mg, L-Lysine - 57mg, L-Proline - 57mg, Chondroitin Sulphate Marine - 57mg (fish), Zinc Bisglycinate - 30mg (of which Zinc - 7.6mg), Hyaluronic Acid - 29mg, Copper Citrate - 1.7mg (of which Copper - 0.5mg), Biotin - 57mcg.

Directions

Recommended dose: 1 capsule twice per day with food.
