Directions

Suggested Use: To obtain the beneficial effects, mix 1/2 serving (2 scoops) with 250 mL of water or skimmed milk in a shaker cup and consume twice daily or mix 1 serving (4 scoops) with 500 ml of water or skimmed milk in a blender and consume once daily.
