Micellar Casein has a smooth silky texture and is packed to the brim with 24 g of protein. It can be added to shakes, smoothies, oats and even home baking.

Ingredients: Micellar Casein (MILK), Flavourings, Sweetener (Sucralose), Colour (Curcumin)

Directions

Add 200-225 ml of water or milk into your TPW Master Blender. Add one large 70 ml grey scoop (30 g) of 100 percent Micellar Casein, mix well and enjoy. The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, so adjust to suit your taste.
