Diet Protein Pancakes are made with our premium grade Whey Protein 80 and boast an amazing nutrient profile. But what's even more unique is the addition of Glucomannan. A soluble fibre that in the context of an energy restricted diet has been shown to contribute to weight loss*.
Previously considered a treat that many people would have once in a while, it's now possible to include pancakes as a staple food in your diet. For breakfast, lunch or a mid-meal snack.
*Glucomannan in the context of an energy restricted diet contributes to weight loss, the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of Glucomannan in three doses of 1g each, together with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of an energy-restricted diet.

Ingredients

WHEAT Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Protein Blend [WHEY Protein Concentrate (MILK) (Emulsifier: Sunflower Lecithin), MILK Protein Concentrate, EGG Protein Powder], Raising Agent (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Konjac Glucomannan, Dietary Fibre (Inulin), Flaxseed Powder, CLA Powder [Safflower Oil, Glucose Syrup, Sodium Caseinate (MILK)], Sweetener (Suaralose).

Directions

80 - 100ml of milk or water. Add 1 large grey scoop (40g). Mix lightly. Rest for 1-2 mins. Add oil to a pan over a medium heat. Add 2 tbsp of batter, cook for 1½ mins. Flip over & cook for 1 min. Then enjoy.
